Villa Coco Mar is beautifully designed to easily accommodate groups large and small. If you want a romantic weekend getaway, this is the perfect villa for it. But if you want to have a large wedding with ample room for up to 28 people, this is also the place for it!
Main Luxury Villa
Within the Main Villa are four spacious air conditioned bedroom suites; two very large master suites upstairs and two generous sized guest suites downstairs. All bedrooms in the villa have their own private bathrooms. The Master Suites both have sweeping views of the ocean and their own private living areas complete with flat screen television and other features.
The downstairs living spaces all provide ample seating and relaxation for your entire group. The kitchen area is both spacious and very well equipped with major appliances from Viking. You can either prepare your own meals while here in residence or we can provide a private chef for your group. Whether you are catching up with the news or favorite sports team around the large flat screen television or seating around the dining table sharing stories of the day.
Outside in the backyard you will find many additional seating areas for dining, some covered and some not. The private swimming pool is there as is the raised, beachfront jacuzzi and many other luxury amenities and features.
Additional Villa Rooms
Adjacent to the main villa property is a very unique set of ten bedrooms, all air conditioned and with en suite bathrooms, able to be used by your group. Designed in a fashion similar to a beachfront hotel, the property has its own swimming pool and bar area as well. This unique setup truly opens up the possibilities to use this villa for large weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats and other uses where up to 14 bedrooms are highly desired.
The Villa Grounds
The grounds surrounding the main villa are wonderfully maintained with large open areas framed by tropical specimen plantings. The expansive garden offers multiple locations for weddings, corporate meetings, yoga retreats or many other similar uses. Within the grounds are the large private pool (remember there is another one for the additional rooms), raised jacuzzi, massage area, beachfront tropical bed and so much more.
